Shipping FAQS & Refund Policy

FAQ’s

  • We ship anywhere in the USA

  • Delivery Time - Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday as to reduce the orders from being at risk of sitting in a warehouse or truck in improper temperatures over the weekend. All orders are shipped USPS Priority. Please allow up to 1 week from the date of payment for handling and shipping of all orders. Busier times of the year including Holidays may extend that time.

  • We monitor warmer destinations before the chocolate is sent out. At no extra cost to our guests, we add proper insulation and place ice packs in all orders heading to a warmer destination and we strongly encourage retrieving the order within 10 mins of delivery time as any longer and the possibility of a refund could be retracted. To keep you informed of your delivery date and time all customers receive a delivery update by email or by text.

Replace or Refund Policy: In the unlikely occurrence that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please include a photo of the damaged product. Items may not be tampered with or eaten. Our team will review each claim, and either issue a refund of resend the product. Please email us at orders@greatlakeschocolate.co for each claim to be reviewed carefully.

- Orders placed with an incorrect address or are received by us as “Return to Sender” will be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

- Orders eligible for refunds must be one or more of the following:

 - Damaged upon arrival. Evidence of damage must be provided. Time will be a consideration.

- Incorrect product(s) received in order

- Incorrectly stored products are ineligible for refund.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. We like our privacy too. We will never share or sell your personal information and will only use your details to process your order.
